Years ago, Abi experienced homelessness and some of the hardest chapters of her life. Rebuilding from the ground up changed how she saw community, safety, and the power of people showing up for one another.

Today she is the founder of Heart & Soul CPR, an Emergency and Safety Training Institute based in Alaska, where she teaches people how to respond in moments that matter most.

Abi believes lifesaving skills should feel accessible to everyday people, not intimidating or reserved for professionals. Her trainings go beyond practicing techniques. Through real world scenarios, she teaches both practical emergency skills and how to stay regulated and present in high stress situations.

As an instructor trainer and program director, Abi mentors new instructors and works alongside EMS professionals to expand access to emergency and safety education across Alaska.
